Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please send us a message via our contact page. If you are eligible for a return you will need to pay the return postage, we will contact you with further instructions and a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue straight away.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital downloads and custom prints (orders which have been personalised for you). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
